Can't make payment

Hi,

Apparently my account is suspended as I didn't make  the last payment however my account shows it was paid in the 5th Jan. I have tried to make a payment as requested using two different cards that both have loads of credit but every time I'm told by NowTV that they can't take payment. I don't want the service suspended as I works from home but I'm stuck! Any ideas? Can I call anyone?

Now will show things as paid even when they are not. But the bit that knows if you are in arrears doesn’t seem to be fooled by that 😢

So you can only see if Now have really been paid or not by looking at the card or bank account the money is supposed to come from; and the timing would necessitate you had the account online to look at. And on a mobile of course, if your landline broadband has been cut off.

But yes, you can call Now Broadband (get in quick, before 8pm) on the number they have given you for this and other purposes, and they can take you payment over the phone, maybe even get you back online before the reactor goes critical (if you work in a nuclear power plant, that is).

Bet you can’t find the number in your Now bumf though, so here are a few I have garnered:-

Call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Good luck!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
