@Friday06

Sounds like your discounted rate ended. You should have been notified.

Call the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in for the call centre info.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I expect you have come to the end of your first discounted year.

Call Now Broadband and haggle for your previous rate to continue.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@Friday06 mines gone from 23.50 to 46 even though I got an email last month saying do nothing and continue with existing membership of 23.50 a month

and then it said ‘OR’ (in capitals) and a lot of stuff after the OR that any reasonable person would think didn’t apply if you chose the action before the OR; but Now put some stuff after the OR which they then acted on.

How are we expected to deal with an outfit that can’t write and publish plain, unambiguous, English? And where nobody senior, who should have known better, intervened to correct the situation?
