Why is NOW TV billing me £21 a month for sports when the deal was £20 a month? Your live chat does not work either.

Live chat does work, you are probably just getting the ‘Get help quicker’ or ‘Request a refund chat’ both which are bots only!
Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down to speak with staff.
