Billing sudden increase

Using NOW-TV with entertainment pack for £6.99 monthly is a good deal.

Anyone know why it's suddenly jumped to £9.99?

Re: Billing sudden increase

@Al-Dmuch you won't even have to wait for an email.

There's a good chance you'll be offered a retention deal when cancelling, normally on the second or third screen of "are you sure you want to cancel".

@Al-Dmuch

Your offer expired and back to full price?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Re: Billing sudden increase

Seems to be the case, might just cancel, wait a week or two when the begging emails start, then sign up again

Genius, thanks pal!

Just did it, down from £9.99 to £3.99 for the next 6 months, cheaper than the original offer

Brilliant
