Billed for service not requested

Signed up for now tv on a £1 deal. Rejected the boost when signing up and yet they have charged for this. Why

@Richard2 I have been getting charged 9.99 per month for this service, I keep cancelling but yet u keep charging me. I am not happy, I want a refund or I will be taking this further, u are conning people and it’s not right!

Why have you replied to another forum user moaning about charged? That person does NOT work for NOW and neither do I.

When you say cancelled, did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation? If not then you didn't complete the process I hate to say.

Both, you need to speak with staff via live chat. Nothing ever gets sorted on here.
