Been cutoff despite DD details not changed AND cannot make an immediate payment (fails)

Difficult to fix without having broadband but I just want to pay and get back online.

- Initial setup and first month payments paid by DD (~Aug)
- Issues with service so compensation amount covered more recent payments
- Most recent payment failed and asks for card payment, that fails too

(Not financial reason for any of the methods to fail)
