What a bunch of charlatans!

Took a payment for a ‘boost’ falsely claiming had been ordered.

System to actually get any action/response is clearly made as difficult as possible and designed to put anyone off from challenging their sharp practices, off to barclaycard now to see if they can get money back stolen from these very naughty people…..

If you took any offer on this part of the website, then you did take out boost as a free trial then £6 unless cancelled.

However before you decide you’re dead against boost, have a full read of what it gives you.

The cancel game is your friend. Thanks to that I have been paying £2 a month for 20+ months.

Otherwise you need live chat to speak to staff. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Finally read this to lower any hope of staff replying to you on here.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
