Are new broadband offer available to existing NowTV members

I am an existing member with a monthly rolling broadband and anytime call contract. I noticed the 12 months broadband contract is much cheaper than what I am paying now. Can I change my contract to the 12 months broadband deal? 

I tried doing  that in my account but no option available to do that.

You need to call the broadband team. Can’t see why not though.

Thanks for your advice. I called the broadband team and they offered me a deal cheaper than what I am on. Glad nowTV is looking to keep existing members.
