Account not activated

I have paid for a 9 month phone sports membership, it was apparently activated on the 24th of January. I have still not been able to access the sports channels and every time I try to via my mobile app it asks me to pay for another membership. On my account it says my membership is valid until October 2023

What smartphone are you using and are you attempting to watch one of the five permitted channels from your phone screen.

The five channels are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.

Sometimes signing out of the NOW App and doing a full power down on your phone for a minute and then going back into the NOW App and logging in again clears this message if you try to watch one of the five allowed channels.

Also sometimes a fresh NOW App download may work as well.
