Looks like it handles a good number of wireless devices. in the end I managed to get the router username and password and am happily using my old router again. The router they supply is not fit for purpose.
Did you ever fix this problem? I've just set up the Hub 2 and instantly devices are getting randomly disconnected. I have more than 20 wireless devices connecting. Did you replace the router in the end?
