Yup, 2 weeks ago with the same response with a promise to email. I was invited to reply using the same subject in title and they would get back to me. I’ve replied 3 times in the last couple of weeks and had no reply.
I bet they sort it before the end of Monday, because it will be 19 days from the first complaint meaning it can’t be raised as a complaint to Ofcom…. At least we know that Now TV are more concerned about a regulator than they are about their customer...
@ContentTeam an official response please, 15 days of unresolved complaint from episode 20 and now missing 22 with no satisfactory explanation. Ofcom complaint will be submitted in 5 days…
