Trying to watch episode 20 of series 4 FBI I just get a message saying that didn't go to plan, no assets for required device capabilities and a code OVP_00009. What is wrong???
It would be helpful if it was actually possible to speak to a bloody human rather than have to wait for it to be fixed. Is it too much to ask to have a telephone number for technical issues
