I have paid my last internet bill after my Internet had been previously turned off.now the internet has been switched off again and my due payment isn’t until the end of the month.why had my internet been turned off again even though I’ve paid it??
I have an outstanding bill, I cannot pay it it will not accept my card. My internet has now been taken away. What do I do about this I’ve tried many different cards and it won’t accept any please help.
I don’t want to call as I am in the uk and have to pay to call, I need this sorted as soon as possible is there an email address I can use? If not I will change provider
