I have been trying to pay my outstanding Balance to no success every time I'm asked to approve the transaction within my banking app I'm asked to approve £0 I would like to get this sorted as I have no means to phone
I've now been double charged two months in. Row now.I checked my due date 2 days ago and nothing is due untill the 16th but has already been cut off and checked all previous payment and every month since being with Now TV show as paid
Thank you but that has not helped it says you will pay x amount in red so I put all required details in press confirm go to my bank app and confirm but it says to confirm £0 every time
