Hi.. thanks for answering and soz for the slow response. Yes, it was a damaged cable outside of my building but all sorted now!

Yes, phone only. No, only the two outer lights are green. I've tried resetting the router and tested all cable connections. 

Hi..the WIFI is on...when trying to connect, I put in my wifi code then another message says authorization required. I click on that and it just shows me how to make sure cable  connections are secure
