I’ve begrudgingly had to cancel the HayU pass from NowTV, as it doesn’t seem there there is an ETA for when they will get this problem resolved. In the meanwhile I’ve subscribed through Amazon Prime.
@Anonymous User This also was a mystery to me, until someone discovered that it was Long Pressing Select on the Fire TV remote, which will bring up the Search & Options Menu :).
@Anonymous User Have you checked the link I posted above. This is temporarily resolving the issue for many users, whilst Sky/NowTV are working on a fix.

@Anonymous User This is most likely an issue with the channel itself, or your local Freeview Transmitter. I’d suggest contacting London Live so they can look into it, unfortunately it’s nothing to do with Now TV.
