I called last Monday to change my plan, they have said that they are going to change it, but now it is Wednesday and I continue with the same speed as the previous plan that I had.
I have three days without internet, perhaps it is due to the strong winds that have occurred these days, but I have called and they have not solved the problem.
I would like to know how I can get a new Hub  since the one they gave me was ruine.
I would like to increase the speed of my internet, can you tell me how to do this or what to do? thanks
the engineer visited me on March 30 and did nothing and did not connect anything, but then they charged me for the service
