Conneting usb printer to NowTV router

Does the router have the ability to connect to a usb router using rJ45 to USB Type N 3.0 connector ? I would like to make my old usb printer available to my hole household. Darren Tarmey

My phone line is not working the test says it working fine but i have noise on the line and can not hear anyone on the other end.
