so our LAND LINE is not working, but there isn't a help desk for LAND LINES only BROADBAND. All the help options say help with issues with Broadband (which is perfect) When I try via the website to test the line, it tells me the BROADBAND is working ...
My internet speed via a test on mobile or PC shows around 9mbps.  If I do the NOW test on the website line check its say my speed is 40mbps.  Why the difference? Only recent, usually the local speed and the NOW speed checks are the same speed, around...
how do you adjust which numbers are blocked? cant find anything in the help, the AI bot is useless as it doesn't have that option and just goes around and around back to main menu.   Where is secret way to remove numbers?
No land line. Now message on help says loads of issues. Any idea when we will get the land line we are paying for? 
I have call barring how do you edit online??  it painful via the telephone as you have to go through all the numbers to get to the last one!
