Now TV Player wont load on Windows 10 laptop

NOW TV has stopped playing on my Windows 10 laptop.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the player but no joyMy NOW TV account is managed through my BT account?I've cleared caches etc but still no good??Can anyone advise whats wrong?
