I can’t believe this thread is over four years old!? Just back fo my 6 monthly check-in to see if they’ve bothered to update it yet and the answer is no. At least they’re predictably rubbish.
That's me cancelled my two NowTV passes. When you cancel they let you pick a reason why, but unfortunately there's not one for "because your Apple TV app is utter bobbins".
To add insult to injury, the combination of the latest TVOS update and the NowTV app really is a buggy mess. With no new app on the horizon, I think its time to cancel the sub and find my viewing elsewhere.
