iPhone 6s app not working

Account has active passes which are working fine on nowtv box and iPad, but when accessing through iPhone 6s App, account says no active passes..!! I have reinstalled app and logged in again multiple times but nothing..!! any ideas..?

Hi, yes location is on and uk, I have quit all other apps restarted and re launched app.
Still says no active passes!!

Thanks for posting.

 

This might sound obvious but can you check the username on your box is the same as the one you're using on the iPhone? you can do this by going to the "My account" menu on the NOW TV Box app.

 

I only suggest this as it's quite a common issue it's possible to log in with a Sky ID which might be what's happening.
