what's going on NowTv. I cannot log in on iPad. It's saying username password not recognised. I know they are correct. Seems lots of people are having the same problem.

I've tried logging out and back into my iPad app and it's working fine for me so there is no global issue, but I know from past experience these problems tend to be very short lived, so you may well find everything is working now.
if not, have you checked to make sure your iOS is up to date (9.1) and you have the latest version of the NOW TV app (4.9). I would try deleting and reinstalling the app, and also restarting your iPad (hold down the power and home buttons until the White Apple logo appears).
if you still have trouble post back with details of which iPad you have and what version iOS you are on and hopefully someone can look into it further for you.

I have iPad Air 2 it's got iOS 9.1 and I have deleted and reinstalled app several times plus restarting iPad.

I having the same issue on all of my I0S devices. It's saying my log in detail are incorrect. This has to be an App issue.

Can I just check that none of your devices are modified in any way ?
Also can you confirm that you are within the UK and not using any VPN's to access NOW TV ?
