Unable to connect to stream

On any programme I press to play, it says unable to connect to stream. What does this mean? And how can I fix it. I'm on an iPhone.

Can you please let us know if your phone is up to date and running the latest software? 

 Are you connecting over WiFi or 3/4g?

Hi I'm also having this issue, connected over wifi and my iPad software is completely up to date.

Can you try removing and adding the app again? Could you also see if you get the same issue if you use a mobile connection?
