I went to watch now tv on my iPad as I mainly do and it came up with the notice that I have reached my allowance, but I have always had it on this device and never removed it. My registered devices even states iOS on there and yet it does not let me watch from my iPad.
i have added devices recently but why would I no longer be able to watch on a device that is still registered and has always been.
Even more annoying is that this is the main device I watch from and will be the only one I will watch from for the next month making any subscription useless if I can't watch from this device

Have you had a word with Live Chat yet? They are usually good at sorting out problems caused by reinstalling apps. If not, it only takes a minute to pop on, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.

Sorry, I'm having the same issue. I am 2 days into this months pass and I haven't added any devices only deleted devices which I do not use. Please can you help!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. Live Chat help with this. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Have a word with NowTV live chat, they should be able to free up a device.
Open the linked page below, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us " highlighted in green, where you will see an option for live chat.

@Anonymous User Looking at other posts in this thread it looks like the issue everyone is having is to do with Ipad/iphone. Is that the device you are trying to watch on?
Is this a new account or an old one and have you had devices before and recently removed them? (You can only add one device per month once you reach the limit). I'm guessing it's a new account though as im sure you cant remove 'all ' devices (fairly sure you have to leave at least one on).
Either way, the quickest way to get this sorted usually is to use the live chat (its open until midnight). Just explain to them whats happening and they should be able to fix things and have you up and running pretty fast. It is best to use a computer for this as the live chat does not work well on phones and tablets.
