I signed up for NowTV for the Kids. My daughter gets the following message on her ipad "Something's not right, try again in a moment"

I see a lot of these issues stem from the use of VPN's. She does have a VPN as part of the "Qustodio: Parental Control Software" package I have on her ipad. Is there any way to allow NowTV to work via a VPN? or am I wrong and it has nothing to do with VPN.

Welcome to the forum.

The parental control software is a likely source of the problem as VPNs can interfere with the NOW TV services ability to verify location to ensure only UK users are accessing. You could disable the VPN as mentioned here to see if that solves the issue

Sorry Now doesn't work with the VPNs. You may need to turn off the VPN to watch Now.
