Signed up wth Apple.. Can't use on other device

I signed up with NowTV through my Apple TV.. Few months ago.. It works great but when trying to use it on another devices it won't let me sign in unless I accept the terms and condition on the net. I've tried looking for the option but no luck! so frustrating especially paying £10 a month and not able to have full use of the package!!!

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately NOW TV works differently when you purchase passes via iTunes. You can only watch your pass on your Apple TV and up to three other Apple TVs, not on any other type of device. 

If you want to watch on all types of devices you will have to cancel your pass with iTunes, and then start purchasing future passes through the NOW TV website. Then you can watch this pass by logging into your Apple TV with your NOW TV account instead of your iTunes account.

Now you've bought a pass with iTunes you might as well watch this until it expires, although you can contact iTunes Support and try and get a refund if you want.

Ahhh I see.. I thought that may be the problem! thank you.. I only have till end of the new month so I will change then!!

If you haven't already, make sure you cancel the pass in iTunes, it's set up as a subscription so will automatically renew unless you cancel it.

You need to use an iOS device or iTunes on a PC/Mac and set the Automatic Renewal option for NOW TV to off. More details here
