New now account not working

I'm a new user who has set up an account on the 14 day trial. All of my details have been saved including my card details and my status says everything is good, however when I try to watch something, the "sign up" options appear over top of the screen and I cannot view any content. Upon clicking this, it asks for my card details again but will not load past the "we need to take 10c out" page. Please assist.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

The most probable reason why this is happening is because you've not actually logged into your 'active' NOW TV account. Carfully check your 'username' and try again.
