Months allowance

I have been trying to watch Now Tv on my iPhone, iPad and tv but it always says ‘sorry you’ve used this months allowance for adding new devices, you’ll be able to change again next month’. This have been happening for over a month and it still won’t let me watch anything. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Delete one of your devices in your allowance list and add the device you want to watch on for exp iPhone, tablet etc.

I have already done this and it still says the same thing.
