Log in details incorrect

Using the app on my iPhone it will not allow me to log in saying my details are incorrect, I have changed my password yet it still gives the same message.
Never had the issue before and I have not changed anything, using 4G so not a wifi security issue.

Hi, we just bought a Now tv box and every time when I try to log in, it comes up with the following error: Sorry, we did not recognise your login details...

I've already tried a password reset and gone back to factory settings but it doesn't work. Could you help me please?
