Hi,
I don't seem to be the only one who is experiencing this (looking at recent App Store reviews).. the latest iOS updated of 14 Mar 2016 loads the NOW TV splash screen and then crashes.
(running an iPhone 4 [MC605B/A] with iOS 7.1.2)
Have tried hard resets and fresh install - but to no avail.

Hi @Anonymous User
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues.
Are you getting an error message at all?
Was the service working before the update for you?
Thanks

Hi there,
No error message as such, logo appears and then immediately throws me back to my phone home screen. If I try and get back into it from quicklaunch, the same happens.. having just had a look in Latestcrash-NOWTV.ips it does mention..
Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Triggered by Thread: 3
Further down it mentions: Thread 3 crashed with ARM Thread State (32-bit)
Don't know if this is of any help at all?

Can confirm that everything was working fine prior to this latest update being pushed out. Had used it as recently as the day before and multiple times in the week ahead of that.

Hi @Anonymous User
Thanks for that info.
That's very odd. Can you please tell us whether your iPhone is 'jailbroken'? Also please tell us the version of your iPhone software and the NOW TV app one as well.

Can confirm my iPhone is not 'jailbroken', is running iOS 7.1.2 and 5.3 (14 Mar 2016) version of the NOW TV app
I haven't left an App Store review, but reading the latest ones makes me feel I'm not alone having issues with this latest version
