I'm getting an advert for a game instead of my films

My lg smart tv logged itself out of now tv yesterday. When I tried to log back in I had issues. After 3 chats with online help people (which kept logging out-infuriating) all of the devices were removed from my account. I've changed my password and updated my tv. It's now showing as pc which it never has before and this advert for a game called sidel or something keeps showing and nothing else. The menu looks fine but whatever I trying to watch it shows me this advert and then goes back to the menu.

This is really strange, Can you tell us if your able to uninstall the app if so can you do that and reinstall it. also make sure the app is up to date and your TV software is up to date also. This is the first we have come across this.
