Help

Have just sign up to now tv to use on iPad........have tried to watch an episode of Game of thrones and keep getting a message that Safari can't open page as it is an invalid address.  Don't know what to do....can anyone help. Thanks

Are you trying to use the browser? 

Only the NOWTV app in the app store is supported. 😉

Tried to download app as you suggested but it won't download onto iPad.......tried on my lap top but that failed to download as well.   Will be cancelling subscription.

Does your iPad have the latest update?

Sometimes if it doesn't have the latest version, it won't install apps properly.

@Anonymous User What's happening when you try to download the app on your iPad from the iTunes App Store? Have you tried rebooting your broadband router? If you've modified your iPad or you use any VPNs to connect that may affect things.
