Check status

Hi guys I'm having problem to watch on Nowtv on my phone. I've got a iPhone 7plus and always watch it with no problem but today is telling constantly to check Nowtv.com/status but when I follow the instructions nothing happens. Can you guys help?

Welcome to the forum. Ignore the check status message and instead power down your broadband router for about 10 mins then power back up again. Also check you've updated to the latest version of the app from a few days ago and if need be uninstall and reinstall. If you still have problems after that post back.
