Cant sign in to devices

I can sign in on Mac, but not on iphone/ipad/smart tv app, even though just changed password, am in UK, have restarted devices, unistalled and reinstalled on apple devices. this has happened repeatedly. Frustrated. Keeps saying

'sorry, your sign in details arent recognised, please check and try again, password is case sensitive. i'm definately entering the right details.

@Anonymous User if you have a VPN turn it off, any alternative DNS entries try the defaults, otherwise try turning your router off for 10 minutes.
