Can't access my account

Hi

I don't know where to post this, but I just signed up for a new account, but every time i click my account I get taken back to front page, and it won't let me access the my account page. Can anyone please help?

Thank you for the reply, I got it sorted via the live chat, but you are right I didn't complete the sign up process.

My Now TV failed to sign in auotmatically on one occasion but then I didn't know our username and password. Following that, went onto the website, typed in my email for it all to be sent to, received our new username and reset password as per the instructions. When logging on the TV it did that ok but lost the 3 month package for movies that we had already paid for 2 weeks ago, noticed it also said push and hold a reset button for 30 secs but we have an EETV box not a now TV box so couldn't do that. What has happened to our account?

Thanks for your post.

 

It seems that you're signing in to a different account and you created another one. Please double check that you're logging in to the account where you first set up the 3 months pass. If you're unable to locate the correct one, let us know.

 

Also double check any emails you have received from us before you had to reset the password.

Hi, I've signed in but when I try to access my account it returns me to the home page, I've completed all the necessary set up details but keeps defaulting to the home page, very frustrating when you can't access or update your account.

Hi, I sign in and it keeps defaulting to the help page with the message
below

"The browser you are using is on its way out. You can either update to the
latest, shiny new version, or try one of these browsers."

I've changed my browser to Google Chrome but still the same problem.
