App not working on Hudl 2

Hello,

The Now TV app is not working on my Hudl 2, I've tried reinstalling it and changed password but it still won't work, I can log in online on my tablet but it directs me back from the app for playback and then doesn't recognise my log in details. I've read on here a lot of people having the same issue, is the HDMI facility to watch on large screen still disabled? May be a deal breaker

Thanks for getting in touch, you wouldn't be able to watch via a HDMI onto a larger screen I'm afraid. When signing into the app what happens when you try to view? Is there an error message? Or do you get directed back straight away?
