Hello, Is there any way turn off commentary but retain the crowd noise? Or alternatively retain the pitch noise but again turn off commentary? Thanks

Sound is not synchronized with picture

I have the now tv stick and since purchasing it have found that the sound isnt always in time with the programme picture. This is so frustrating and I have gotten to the point where I actually may just cancel my nowtv altogether, can anyone help?!
