Brought a month sky sports pass and I don’t have the voucher code to activate??Taken the money (obviously) but can’t speak to anyone and can’t watch sky sports!!!!Any ideas?? Thanks

I purchased a week sport pass today but when I click on a sports channel it goes back to the now tv menu page. My account says I have the pass and the payment has gone through. Any ideas?
