I’ve recently got a new phone, I’ve logged into my now TV app, which I have a sky sports pass for. I’ve tried to watch the channels and I get error code 0xfd80007b come up. i have even deleted my old phone from the devices too... any help guys?

I have a mobile pass but everytime I try to watch sports I'm getting the message about Now TV not supporting HDMI to the screen etc, so I'm not sure how I go about watching it on my phone... any advice/help??
