Resolved! BT Now Tv Entertainment pass on app

Hi there I changed my plan with BT and I now have Now TV Entertainment pass. I have the Now Tv app on my Firestick and I can see the Entertainment Pass but if I log onto the Now Tv app on my iPad or phone it says I have no passes?

Log-in Error

I am currently using an iPhone that has content filters and I am unable to login. I could turn off the filters but I would then need to readd all the sites that are allowed access. At present my phone will not allow me to login, it says network error...

Pass not working

This morning I purchased a one month pass for the Sports package for £5.99, to use just on my iPhone. I have a receipt showing the pass is live. When I try to watch something, I get a message saying that I need a pass (which I have). Help please! 

Can’t use my sky sports pass
