Number 1 Keep it civil

If we treat each other with respect, we’ll have a better Community for everyone. If someone is abusive towards you, report it. Just click the three dots on the top left of any post and select ‘report abuse’ and a moderator will take it from there.
Number 2 Keep it clean

We do our best to filter out the bad stuff but need your help to keep the place clean.Bad language, racism, sexism, homophobia or any other type of abuse could get you banned pronto. This includes linking to any sites containing offensive or illegal material.
Number 3 Keep it cool
Keep calm and carry on.
We know it’s easy to get worked up when things don’t go to plan. But avoid making demands, typing in ALL CAPS or being rude to NOW team members, and you’ll find the help you need comes more readily.
Number 4 Keep it safe
Don’t be an over-sharer.
This is a public forum - anything you post here could be seen by anyone, so don’t include your email address, phone number or any personal information that could be used to identify you.
Number 5 Keep it clear
Stay focused and on-topic.
Short and sweet is best. But make sure you provide enough info for others to understand your issue and double check your posting in the right place. That way you’ll have the best chance of getting the help you need.
Number 6 Keep it fresh
No need to repeat yourself.
Before you post, search to check that your question hasn’t already been covered. If it has, you can reply to another post to “bump” it, so it gets noticed. Spam posts (the same post over and over) will be removed and could earn you a ban.
