Are you using an email or username to log into your YouView box ?
I am guessing you have tried rebooting the YouView box or checking if there are any updates.
If you are using an email address have you tried entering your email (but leave off the @xxxxxxxxxx at the end of your log in details (bit of a long shot but no harm in trying).
When you go to the NowTV website and sign into My Account > My Passes does it show the cinema pass is active and if so are these the same username and password details you tried on your YouView box.

It might help, if you can not log-on, then change you password, on the computer, the do the same on your box, it has be be the same password!
