Will login in other devices, just not TV!

My account works on my phone and tablet but not on TV? Everything has been triple checked so what's going on?

You mentioned you're able to sign in via your phone and tablet, but have you actually played out any content?

 

Just to confirm, are you using YouView or NOW TV Box? Maybe even Roku or Apple TV?
