Signing-in

We have just re-subscribed to NowTV, tonight, but are having trouble signing-in using our Youview TV.
Please can you advise why this is??

@Anonymous User I don't have youview but is it possible to uninstall NOWTV and reinstall it? 

Also make sure you put the correct details in.
