Kids pass BT YOuview App

Hi subscribed to movies a. Purple of weeks ago and loved it so much I wanted the kids pass for my children, I have now subscribed to it online and can see it on my phone but can't seem to access via BT youview. Please help!

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on YouView boxes , not entertainment, kids or sports.

Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option.
