xbox one not working

Now tv app on xbox one saying something went wrong

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having some issues with the Xbox one app. Can you try a wired connection, if you already have a wired connection then try a wireless with no other device using the wi-fi. It depends upon the set up at home which is best.

 

If neither work can you try clearing the cache and deleting the app and then re-installing please. Let us know how you get on.

Ive been trying for days now to use now tv on my xbox one but all i keep getting is a " something went wrong message". My connection to the internet is good and there is nothing with bt which prevents me from streaming. Ive searched for long enough trying to find the live chat but thats pretty well hidden so could anyone help with this issue?

Would it be possible to disable Smart Setup from within your router settings.
