lossof service

hello

 

for over 4 days we have been unable to access now tv through our xbox

 

we would like to receive a refund for lack of service and hopefully resolve

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Are you getting any error messages or codes?  It might be worth restarting your router & device if you've not already tried this, by turning it off at the mains for 30s or so & back on again

I have had this same issue for the past week, no error codes it says 'somethings not right, give it a moment or go to nowtv.com/status for updates' we have tried to do this, tried restarting, tried reinstalling. Nothing seems to be working, It only seems to be a fault with the Xbox one service of now tv.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

As @Anonymous User has asked if you could let us know what is happening when you try to view as we don't have much information to go on to help resolve the problem. 

 

Only thing I will suggest is that if you are with BT for your Internet to disable Smart Setup from within your router settings, If you are with any other provider have they activate any of the inbuilt antivirus software on your line ?

 

If so try disabling this too.
