cant log out of xbox one ?

hi there can anyone help me i cant log out of xbox one on the now tv app i have gone for the offer of £1 a month for three months but it wont let me watch the movies that i want many thanks martin100770

@Anonymous User when you say it won't let you watch movies you want do you mean that they won't play or they are not available? Logging out won't solve that.

I go onto the main page where you can scroll through the movies on the right of the screen you have genres collections and watch live ,the live one is fine and the others too the left are fine its just the collections and genres that I can't open ,I click on them ok but can't watch any of the movies many thanks martin
