i have been billed 4 times in the last 2 weeks for my now tv account, 2 charges of £6.99 and 2 charges of £9.99. can you please explain why? ive just checked what passes i have and it says i have 2 passes one thats £6.99 on 1 thats £9.99

@Anonymous User sounds like you've got two different accounts, try the http://help.nowtv.com/article/Cancelled-but-still-being-charged faq to try and track down the second.
